About Elevate You Counseling

We are a team of highly trained Licensed Clinical Social Workers serving the mental health needs in California with plans for expansion throughout the United States (online therapy in South Carolina & Georgia coming soon). Our licensed therapists use a wide range of research-proven therapy techniques to help you start making changes to improve your life and help you move forward. We strive to understand your story and believe you can elevate your potential in your relationships, work, school, and with the life transitions that you are facing. So whatever your situation, our mission is to help you gain clarity, rediscover your purpose and reignite your strength, cultivating the resilience within you to help you overcome challenges in life.

How Our Story Began

Our team of Licensed Clinical Social Workers gained decades of experience working closely with first responders in acute settings, community outpatient organizations, and short-term and long-term settings. While working in these various settings, we identified barriers impacting access to mental health services such as geographic locations, physical limitations, and lack of transportation. We furthered examined these barriers identifying how time constraints, work demands, childcare issues, disabilities, and social stigma impacted individuals from seeking mental health services. These barriers became roadblocks. Our combined experiences and history working with all types of individuals have strengthened our core mission to make sure everyone has accessible mental health services. 

How We Deliver Mental Health Services to You

We are embracing Telehealth to deliver accessible mental health services to you!  We connect with individuals throughout California with our secured HIPPA compliant Telehealth platform so you can talk freely with a licensed therapist from the comfort and convenience of your home. Delivering mental health services by Telehealth has been helpful for people who live in remote locations, have busy schedules, have childcare issues, or who have limited mobility due to a disability or caregiving responsibilities.
