Elda earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from California State University, Fresno. With over 18 years of professional experience, she has devoted her career to providing compassionate care and support during life’s most difficult moments. Elda began her journey at a trauma center in Fresno, where she spent 9 years offering crisis interventions, addressing complex needs, and providing emotional support to terminally ill patients and their families.

Her passion for helping those at the end of life led her to work as a hospice social worker for over 9 years, where she continues to guide patients and families through the emotional and practical challenges of end-of-life care. Elda continues to expand her professional career by extending her services, working with patients with complex illnesses in subacute settings. As an Associate Clinical Social Worker, her passion lies in helping individuals and families manage the challenges that come with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. With a warm, compassionate, and client-centered approach, she strives to create a therapeutic environment that fosters healing and personal growth.

Outside of work, Elda loves spending time with her family, immersing herself in timeless literature, and unwinding with classic black-and-white films.
