Group counseling is service we like to make available to those that need it. We provide two types of group counseling services:

Caregiver Support Group

We feel that everyone should have access to group therapy. These are closed group sessions which meet once a month for three months. These sessions are most appropriate for people that are wanting additional peer support from other family members that are going through similar situations. This is a safe forum for everyone to share their struggles and find inspiration and solutions for being able to cope and excel at navigating support systems available to you.

There are limits to capacity. Please use the form to request an invitation to the sessions and a pre-screening session where we’ll identify your primary needs so we can make sure you get the most out of the group sessions.

Grief Support Group

We feel that everyone should have access to group therapy. These are closed group sessions which meet once a month for three months. This is a safe forum for people that have experienced a recent loss (marriage, family member, physical health, or other type of loss). You’ll discuss how grief and loss has impacted your home, relationships, work life, and more. In this group you are with others who provide peer support in a safe environment run by a licensed therapist. This can give you an opportunity to talk about your grief and honor loss of loved ones.

There are limits to capacity. Please use the form to request an invitation to the sessions and a pre-screening session where we’ll identify your primary needs so we can make sure you get the most out of the group sessions.
